Letter to the Hon. Nancy Pelosi

Re: Brutal Human Right Violations in Two Massachusetts Courts at the Behest of Chinese Influence
Dear Congresswoman Pelosi,
I am writing to bring to your attention a development that is more serious in its nature than the 9/11 terrorist attacks: Chinese influence has gained the control of our court system, the very foundation of this nation. My experience illustrates an alarming trend where China is converting our courts into its weapons of destruction to silence, persecute and violate American citizens and to subvert America.
My name is Gang Xu. I am a naturalized U.S. citizen, originally from China. In the past years, in an apparently simple divorce case, two MA courts, one totally trashed due process and my rights, stealthily setting me up and trying to send me to jail while the other desperately attempted to destroy my name, harassing me, threatening me, intimidating me, retaliating me, among others, in a way most people would only see or hear in a mafia movie or story.
Behind all this is a Chinese intelligence operative in China, whose mother is a veteran in the precursor of Chinese intelligence services, once tending and monitoring Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama when Chinese communist army occupied the Tibet in 1950’s. Her niece was sent to America to join the U.S. army, now enrolled in the MIT Army ROTC program.
I am convinced that I was targeted for silencing by Chinese intelligence operation. Out of fear, I have been living a semi-hiding life since fall 2016.
I grew up in a region relatively better-developed in China. In my childhood and youth years, I heard many stories of brutal abuses and violations by Chinese communist rogues in rural areas, but I never experienced any of them myself. Yet I had been put through them all in Boston within just a single year.
I have written a letter to Attorney General William Barr, requesting an investigation (attached).
I have been admiring your consistent crusading against human right violations in China. I appeal for your vigilance against violations of Americans’ rights in America at the behest of Chinese influence.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Gang Xu, Ph.D.
