Re: Two Massachusetts Courts Remote-Controlled by a Chinese Intelligence Operative in China
Dear Attorney General Barr,
I am writing to request an investigation into a criminal network or industry in Massachusetts court system that represents the development of a greater national security risk than the 9/11 terrorist attacks: Chinese influence has gained the control of our court system, the very component of our rule of law and the very foundation of this nation.
My name is Gang Xu. I am a MA resident and a naturalized U.S. citizen, originally from China. In December 2014, I married a woman from China whose daughter was attending a boarding high school in New England. In my visit to her family in 2013 and in subsequent interactions, I learned that her family was deeply affiliated with Chinese intelligence community. Her mother was a veteran in the precursor of Chinese intelligence services, once tending and monitoring Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama when Chinese communist army occupied the Tibet in 1950’s. Her second older sister, according to her own revelation, was an intelligence agent posted on China-Vietnam border. When she and her sister brought her daughter to Boston to report to school on the first school day in fall 2012, accompanying them was a Houston-based man who her sister identified was a spy on the Chinese intelligence agency Ministry of State Security; it was this man who suggested transferring her daughter to a different school. In early 2015, her daughter revealed that her passion was to join the U.S. army and targeted the West Point in particular. Now her daughter is enrolled in the MIT Army ROTC program.
In October 2015, I realized that something was terribly wrong and I decided to end the marriage. This was supposed to be a simple divorce case. What unfolded in two MA courts however became a chains of well-coordinated criminal violations—involving multiple court members—that aimed to frame me for a crime and destroy my name, in a way most people would only see or hear in a mafia story or movie. I have filed a report to the United States Attorney’s Office at Boston, detailing my experiences. I also post some evidence on the website Equal Rights for Americans Too (www.er4a2.net).
It is noteworthy that the entire legal maneuver was remote-controlled by her sister in China. Her attorney was a strategic partner of China’s central government institutions and ran a “China Strategy Program” in Boston, according to his own website. In an early email on 05/30/2016, her attorney threatened to sue me unless I agreed that “Husband shall not communicate with any third party concerning or relating the Wife or the Wife's daughter.”
Given the number of staff involved in two MA courts, the level of coordination, the malice and blatancy of the involved people, I am convinced there is a criminal industry in MA court system that works with or under Chinese influence, and I was targeted for silencing, presumably to cover up and aid China's long-term ambition to infiltrate U.S. army.
Out of fear, I have been living a semi-hiding life since fall 2016.
I appeal for your attention to this criminal network in MA court system. I request prompt responses from our law enforcement to secure evidence in the possession of those who had criminally violated me, given their established pattern of falsifying, concealing and deleting evidence.
I hope this investigation could also lead to identification of the loopholes in our judicial administration that could be easily exploited as destructive weapons against America and its citizens by China.
