Letter to the Hon. Ed Markey

Re: Two Massachusetts Courts Remote-Controlled by a Chinese Intelligence Operative in China
Dear Senator Markey,
I am writing, as a Massachusetts constituent, to bring to your attention a development that is more serious in its nature than the 9/11 terrorist attacks: Chinese influence has gained the control of MA court system.
My name is Gang Xu. I am a naturalized U.S. citizen, originally from China. In the past years, in an apparently simple divorce case, two MA courts, one totally trashed due process and my rights, stealthily setting me up and trying to send me to jail while the other desperately attempted to destroy my name, harassing me, threatening me, intimidating me, retaliating me, among others, in a way most people would only see or hear in a mafia movie or story.
Behind all this is a Chinese intelligence operative in China, whose mother is a veteran in the precursor of Chinese intelligence services, once tending and monitoring Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama when Chinese communist army occupied the Tibet in 1950’s. Her niece was sent to America to join the U.S. army, now enrolled in the MIT Army ROTC program.
I am a small business owner who had been pursuing my American dream diligently. But I have been living a semi-hiding life since fall 2016, out of fear. I have lost my income and physician as well.
It is not a secret that some Chinese students in our prestigious colleges and high schools are from special or prominent Chinese families, of which some have access to Chinese intelligence resources. It is appalling, however, how easily and robustly that our court system could be mobilized to act on their behalves to destroy the life of an American citizen, as if MA is a province of communist China.
I have written a letter to Attorney General William Barr, requesting an investigation (attached).
I appeal for your attention to the matter and its implications. Thank you very much.
