• For the 10/05/2016 hearing tape, Gang Xu specifically instructed to include the last fragment involving the clerk Lisa (highlighted in red). The copy reproduced however cuts out at 11:07:01 am, precisely curtailing the content that he was seeking after, indicating deliberate manipulation and concealing during copy reproduction by Middlesex County Probate and Family Court.
• For the 08/17/2016 hearing tape, it was marked “CAN NOT Find” on the returned request form (highlighted in yellow). Nine months after he settled on the divorce, Gang Xu made another request in late January, 2018 and obtained a copy of the tape.
