False Accusations Based on the Same Email
On 06/06/2016 at Malden District Court, where he was excluded from the Ex Parte and subsequent hearings, Dr. Gang Xu was accused of “sent an email to me on 06/04/16, stating that he is thinking of killing my daughter and me.”
On 08/17/2016 at Middlexsex County Probate and Family Court, where he was present for the scheduled first hearing on divorce, Dr. Gang Xu was accused only ambiguously of “sent an email to my mother, sister and me, stating that he was very angry and wanted ‘to kill.’”
