Statement by Gang Xu About the Timing of His Public Accusation
May 13, 2019
On 09/29/2017, in the name of @cryofboston, I twittered an announcement that I would make public accusation after mid-October, 2017. I am sorry that I was unable to make it until this morning. I feel obligated to offer an explanation.
I have been preparing this public accusation since December 2016. I am faced with a formidable assembly of people of unusual backgrounds and resources. I have only one chance to make my case. I have to make sure that I have gathered every piece of evidence I could when I am making public accusation.
The crimes have also been reported to United States Attorney’s Office in Boston.
Gang Xu
- I am a blog writer and a Boston-based private educator, known as “Dr. Gang Xu (徐罡博士).”
- I am a victim of false accusations, corruption, frame-up, and mafia-style brutality and harassment that involve two Massachusetts courts and several members of their staff. The violations were remote-controlled by a business woman in China whose another identity was an intelligence operative. Her Boston-based attorney is a strategic partner of China’s central government institutions, well connected to prominent U.S. politicians in both the federal and the state governments, according to his website.
- Her mother is a veteran in the precursor of Chinese intelligence services, once tending and monitoring Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama when Chinese communist army occupied the Tibet in 1950’s. Her niece was sent to Boston to attend a private high school in fall 2012. Her niece’s aspiration was to join the U.S. army and her niece is now enrolled in the MIT Army ROTC program.
- I married her younger sister (her niece’s mother) in December 2014 and in less than a year I made the decision to divorce, after I realized that something was terribly wrong.
- The divorce on such a short-lived marriage was supposed to be simple. Two MA courts however were mobilized, trying to manufacture a criminal out of me and destroy my name and reputation. The coordination against me in either court was scary. I am convinced that Chinese espionage resources in two MA courts were mobilized in an operation that targeted me for silencing, though the nature of such resources and the mechanism of such mobilization remain to be elucidated.
- In Middlesex County Probate and Family Court, Judge Maureen H. Monks led the violations against me. She operated a gang of judicial rogues who performed various despicable and unlawful jobs on her behalf. Among them was attorney Victor J. Tagliaferro, who was assigned by the Judge as the Discovery Master to my case but his true function turned out to be her hatchet man, to threaten me, to obstruct justice, and to smear my character.
- Into November 2016, in less than six weeks, a series of legal manipulations in two MA courts clearly established that there was no way for me to defend my rights and innocence within the MA court system. I decided to seek public attention to my case. However, Judge Monks earlier had issued a temporary order that prohibited me from speaking publicly or reporting to law enforcement “during pendency of this case,” even though she was informed that the case likely involved Chinese espionage and college admission misconduct, and the other party clearly had credibility problem.
- On 05/05/2017, I settled the divorce case so I could pursue those who had criminally violated me and who continue to pose a threat to my life, given the implication of involving Chinese intelligence and a criminal industry in the case. I initially planned to make my public accusation in mid-October 2017, a month after my divorce was finalized after the 120-day Nisi period.
- In mid-October, 2017, I received a refund check from Middlesex County Probate and Family Court. A year earlier I paid a fee and asked the Court to reproduce a copy of the tape for my first court hearing there. Someone in the Court however concealed the tape, criminally, and denied my request with an excuse of “can not find” the tape. The Court later issued a refund for failing to reproduce the copy. I did not cash the check. On 10/13/2017, the court issued a refund check again, indicating that the Court practiced annual review and correction on its accounting. I expected that people working for the Court would follow the same guideline in accounting.
- A critical piece of evidence about how Judge Monks organized her gang of judicial rogues is the financial incentive involved. In penalizing my effort to defend my name, Judge Monks ordered me to pay the initial retainer of $3,500 to Victor J. Tagliaferro for his “neutral” service. In MA, legal retainer is defined as advance payment. On 11/01/2016, Victor J. Tagliaferro wrote to me that “I will provide an itemized bill including my time and services expended periodically.” But he never honored his words after one conference and one defamatory report. Apparently my retainer became his easy money, a reward for him to perform the dirty job on behalf of Judge Monks. However I wanted to be fair to him before making any accusation. I decided to put off my public accusation to mid-October 2018, giving him a full year to prepare “an itemized bill” or a refund. I have not received anything from him so far.
- Then three more changes were made on the date of my public accusation: to accommodate a change in my dental appointment, to avoid the 2018 mid-term election and the subsequent holiday season, and to finish two research articles which I believe are of evidentiary value about myself as well as of timely significance and relevance to our understanding and working with China at this critical moment of history.
I have been preparing this public accusation since December 2016. I am faced with a formidable assembly of people of unusual backgrounds and resources. I have only one chance to make my case. I have to make sure that I have gathered every piece of evidence I could when I am making public accusation.
